I had purchased a few items from vapestur and one was out of stock. I notified customer service and they went above and beyond to make the process a breeze. He ended up recommending this device and I was worried that I wasn’t going to like the device. He assured me if I didn’t I could find something else but he assured me that I would love this device and he was correct! It’s easy to use and clean. Works and has a very even vaping of the contents. I love the device but what sold me more then the device is the care they take with their customers. He even gave me his phone number to text cause it was easier for me. I will be buying from Vapestur again purely on their customer service. I ordered a couple of Hot Knives and one turned out to be a dud. I reached out hoping they had any ideas on what I could do to fix it. Long story short, they ended up sending me a knew working hot knife to replace the dud. For real, the customer service here is the best I’ve ever had!!
